Samantha Westhouse LMSW, PMH-C
Founder & Therapist

Hi, I'm Sam.

Becoming a mom was one of the hardest experiences of my life. I remember feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and constantly questioning if I was doing anything "right". That season changed me- and when I found my way back to myself, I knew I wanted to support other birthing parents navigating the same space.

I specialize in perinatal mental health and hold a certification in this area, along with additional tranining in personality disorders. I also have experience supporting individuals working through depression and anxiety.

My approach to therapy is flexible and tailored to you. I incorporate a lot of psychoeducation to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors- because insight is powerful. From there we work together to identify and challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical skills to help you move forward.

I'll meet you with compassion, honesty, and a gentle push when needed- because growth often happens just outside your comfort zone.

Understanding the Therapeutic Process

01. The Initial Meeting

We begin by creating a safe space for you to share your story. This first conversation is geared toward understanding your unique needs, building a foundation of trust, and outlining a collaborative path forward.

02. Navigating the Journey

In our regular sessions, we work at a pace that feels right for you. We combine compassionate listening with clinical insight to help you identify patterns, confront challenges, and discover newfound strengths.

03. Growth & Integration

Transformation is an ongoing process. We focus on integrating the skills and perspectives developed in therapy into your daily life, ensuring you feel empowered to sustain healing and personal alignment long after our sessions.
